Between one reincarnation and another there is a space, a period of time that is not empty, which some Souls more than others have been able to use very well. I am talking about that space that can be a few months, or even almost 10 years, from the death of the previous body to the incarnation in the next one. Sometimes that time is necessary to find a better body that better reflects our requests, other times we need it to spend a period of time in another dimension, whether close to the earthly one or very far from the world we currently know. During each disincarnation, we make different choices, so sometimes we simply linger in an astral dimension, waiting to find a new body, while other times we experience new worlds, new ways of living, and even new physical bodies in which we incarnate while waiting to find a new human physical body and transfer into it. In fact, we should not view that period of time, for example 9 r years, as if we had spent it wandering around in nothingness, doing nothing and discovering nothing. Of course, it all depends on the maturity of the Soul, so if we were talking about a small, newly born Consciousness, it would be a different matter: it could lose many years searching for a body without being able to do much else. But if we are talking about a Soul, therefore a more evolved Consciousness that takes the name of Soul, we can say that it is unlikely that it spent nine years doing nothing, in simple and monotonous waiting. The Soul has more experience of incarnation, so it does not take so many years to find a body that can contain it, but takes much less time. From this we deduce that those nine years are used for something more valuable, until, once the nine years have passed, the Soul returns to the earthly realm, then seeks and finds fairly quickly a human body capable of containing it and thus reincarnates. At this point, we ask ourselves: "What did it do during those nine years? How can these nine years between one human life and another be used, other than waiting to be reincarnated?" Let's start by saying that in every dimension, in every dimensional layer and in every point of the universe, time flows very differently from how we perceive it now, in this earthly dimension. We calculate our time with a clock and therefore with a calendar, so 24 hours make up 12 months, but in other dimensions, time is not only not calculated according to our patterns, it does not even flow at the same pace as ours. In some dimensions, time is much faster than ours, while in others it flows much more slowly. To give an example, if 60 minutes pass in our dimension, it does not mean that 60 minutes have passed in all dimensions of the universe and the multidimensional realm, because in some places only 3 minutes may have passed, while in others, as much as 2 whole days may have passed. For us, only 60 minutes, or one hour, have passed, but in another dimension, two days, or 48 hours, may have passed. The difficulty in understanding the passage of time in other dimensions stems from our system of measurement, whereby we believe that Earth time is the universal system of measurement, to which the entire universe must submit and follow the same rules. In reality, our planet Earth is only one of billions of planets existing throughout the entire universe, so it is unthinkable that other worlds and other dimensions, including parallel ones, should have the same rhythm of time as ours. In fact, if we think that one of our Earth hours in another dimension could be worth two days, we imagine it as two days passing super fast, as if someone had clicked on a button to speed up life on that planet to the maximum. In reality, the inhabitants of that planet would live their lives as if two whole days had passed for them, only that, in the meantime, only one hour would have passed on our planet. In the same way, we could live a whole day filled with activities and tasks to do, from morning until night when we go to sleep, spending 12 hours, while in another dimension only half an hour may have passed, which the inhabitants of that dimension experienced as a real half hour. Therefore, we must not imagine that they have lived a half hour that is so long that it is equivalent to our 12 hours, as if they had a clock that is out of sync and counts 12 hours as if it were half an hour; this is not the case.

They live exactly half an hour, just as we live our half hour, but the distance between dimensions also distances the passage of time, so we may have lived 12 hours and they only half an hour. At this point, you realize that nine years of human life can easily be spent in another dimension, living a century or much longer, and still manage to return to this planet in time, within nine years, to be reincarnated in a human body. If before 9 years seemed "too short" to live another life—between one human reincarnation and another—now you can begin to realize that it can be very long, depending on the dimension in which you live during that time. Furthermore, up until now I have shown you a fairly human perspective, namely that you are continually reincarnated on planet Earth and that, in the years between one incarnation and another (e.g., 9 ) years), you move to another dimension to have an experience different from that on Earth. But what if it were the opposite? What if you came from another dimension far away and, between one life and another in that dimension, you chose to come here on Earth to have an experience a little different from the usual? What if it were your reincarnation on Earth that could be defined as 'an experience to fill a few empty years', rather than the opposite? At this point, the idea may cross your mind that you are living other lives in other dimensions, and that in order to spend that time between incarnations, which could be the length of a year, you came here to Earth to spend the equivalent of what you will discover to be about 70 years. At this point, many feelings you have always had, feelings of injustice or of mistakes in the world that everyone else experiences daily as if nothing were wrong, but which you experience with a sense of not belonging, begin to make sense and help you better understand why you are here. In any case, you came here for a reason far greater than simple curiosity or a simple misjudgment. You have come this far to help this planet, but to do so, it is not enough to live here for a while and wait to return to where you came from; your mere presence does not make a difference. To do so, you need to do something real for the good of others and the world. In any case, whether you belong to this planet and are using your nine years to live experiences elsewhere, or whether you come from other dimensions and are using your empty time to experience planet Earth, you are here now, and it is better that you evolve enough to be able to have a choice after this disincarnation, so that your experience does not end completely here. A soul can live many lives in different places, even far away from this planet. In fact, it does not remain reincarnated only in this one, but moves to many places in the universe to have new experiences that are completely different from previous ones. Therefore, we have experienced reincarnations in which we were so-called aliens, with humanoid bodies or totally different forms. In our times, we have experienced dark lives and pure lives, lives in which we were nothing and lives in which we were warriors or very important figures. We have lived lives as poor people and lives as arrogant rich people, we have been men and we have been women. We have been asexual, we have been in physical bodies and we have lived without a biochemical machine; everything depended on the dimension in which we wanted to dwell but above all on the mission we had to carry out. Even if you feel very close to this planet, so much so that you believe you have always lived only on Earth and never anywhere else, in reality it is very unlikely that the Soul has chosen to live only on one planet. If a Soul is capable of choosing, therefore it is sufficiently evolved, it will certainly choose to live other experiences different from the human one. It would be different if the Consciousness is not yet capable of reincarnating easily, as it is a young Consciousness, and in this case it may find it difficult to reincarnate elsewhere and therefore live experiences in other dimensions that are not in its place of birth, which in this case could be Earth. In any case, Consciousnesses are not only born on this planet, through the process I have already explained to you (Bot, Gaia's, small Consciousnesses until they become Souls, for those who succeed), but they can be born in any dimension or planet where life exists.

So today you may feel very connected to this planet, but that does not necessarily mean that you were born here in the past, although it is likely that you have lived many lives on this planet, especially recently, as our missions require us to reincarnate on Gaia to help this planet. Therefore, some of us may have a sense of belonging to this planet, probably due to the many past lives we have lived here; but that does not mean that you were born here on Earth from the beginning. Similarly, others of us may have the opposite feeling, that we do not belong to this planet, but even in this case, it does not mean that this is our first life here. We may have lived many lives, but we do not remember them and therefore cannot comprehend this. In any case, this is not our first life on this planet, even if we may feel a sense of nostalgia or ' ' for other worlds. So in that year or those years of space between one human life and another, we used our time to live experiences different from the human one, to the point of carrying out missions elsewhere and then returning here. We must understand that on every planet and in every dimension, time flows very differently from how we know it on Earth. Try to imagine how much time difference there could be between our planet and another on the opposite side of the universe. We are talking about who knows how many billions of light years away, an unimaginable figure, yet you know very well that the universe not only has no end, but is continuing to expand and therefore grow, becoming ever wider and more spacious. Surely you are also well aware that it is impossible to believe that in the entire universe, so large and so immense, the only planet capable of supporting life is Earth, and that it is equally absurd to think that in the entire universe, humans are the most evolved and technologically advanced race, almost madly claiming that on other planets throughout the universe there can only be small cells at best and that we, as the Earth race, are the only ones in the universe to have evolved. It's madness! It would be like believing that, on Earth, with over 7 billion registered inhabitants, you are the only one who needs to breathe to stay alive. You understand that this is absurd, unthinkable. For the same reason, it is unlikely to believe that you have only lived here on Earth, without ever having traveled to other planets. Of course, it all depends on the maturity of the Soul, as a small Consciousness would not be able to do so, but I want to assume that you are no longer a young Consciousness, but a Soul in search of the truth and its memories of its past lives. Given that there are places so far away from our planet, such as a dimension on the opposite side of the universe, you can understand that the passage of time is also very different between the two. We have already said that if a month passes on our planet, several years could pass on another planet. In even more distant places, however, the time differences are even more pronounced, so much so that if we consider a year of time on this planet, in another dimension it could be as much as five centuries. Just think that on our planet half a day could have passed, but today, in another dimension extremely far from this one, a millennium could have passed. Clearly, our human logic cannot comprehend these comparisons, so we believe that if an hour has passed here, throughout the universe and multiverse, in every single place and parallel dimension, a simple hour of time has passed everywhere. But this is unthinkable. In every place and every dimension, there is a different rhythm of time, so we cannot take the planet Earth as an example and convince ourselves that the entire universe respects the clock that we humans follow, as if the entire universe revolved around the Earth and based its foundations on it. Realize that, in the universe, Earth is just a grain of sand: every single grain is important to complete the whole picture, but overall, Earth is just a tiny, unrecognizable dot in the immensity of the entire universe. So, taking the example that on this planet three years have passed between one incarnation and another, in other dimensions 200 or 300 years may have passed, which is why you might believe that three years is too short a time to live a new human life, but it could instead be enough to live one or more incarnations in a completely different dimension.

We could in fact think that you could have lived three 100-year lives in another dimension, but even in this case we are comparing the usual rules of life on this planet to others, as if those on Earth were the same for everyone. In fact, on this planet, the current average lifespan is around 80 years, but in another dimension, the average lifespan could be 200 years, or even 300. We, who are accustomed to the standards of life on Earth, might believe that 300 years of life is not good, that it is boring, excruciating, that 300 years in a row is not evolutionary; but we are talking about another planet, which does not necessarily have to follow the rules of Earth! If in our era living to 80 is an average lifespan, on this same planet a few centuries ago, could have been unthinkable, as average lifespans were around 40-50 years due to disease and other reasons of the time, and it was more difficult to reach 80, let alone exceed it. Therefore, if on this same planet we have experienced historical periods in which we lived longer or shorter lives, we should not find it so strange that in other dimensions, very different and far from ours, their physical bodies and lifestyles allow them to live beyond a few centuries; so much so that some ancient alien races were able to live even beyond a thousand years. So if three years pass between incarnations on this planet, it does not mean that you only have three years to live a life elsewhere; you could even live several lives, or a very long life, in a completely different dimension, and then return to this planet even more evolved than before and remember nothing of what you did before. It is the Low of this planet that makes you forget everything, but what you have experienced has not been erased, so much so that you still possess it within you. Just because you don't remember it now doesn't mean it never happened. Non-human lives, i.e. those we have not lived here on Gaia, may be more difficult to remember because the acceptance (for our human brain) of having lived a different life in which we possessed an alien body is hard for many to understand and remember. Nevertheless, they did happen, and if you continue to evolve, they will continue to happen for longer and longer. During our existence, we have lived many times in bodies different from the human body, therefore in bodies of other existing races, which we now call alien to indicate that they were not born on planet Earth. Therefore, this term should not frighten you, because it simply indicates who was born outside the planet where we were born. Each race has a different name. For example, there are the Felines, the Nordics, and countless other races that we have not yet named, partly because we have not yet encountered or recognized many of them. In each of them, we have lived different lives. Sometimes we have been reincarnated into very negative races in order to infiltrate them and try to ruin their dark plans, even though it has not been easy, and many of us have fallen to the dark side and contributed to those plans. Other times, we have been incarnated into very positive races in order to live a more peaceful life or to help other races in difficulty. Each of us made different choices, and then time brought us the fruits of those choices or led us to make mistakes, take the wrong path, or forget the real reason why we reincarnated on that planet, a bit like what happened in this life. Some alien races may resemble a humanoid body, while others are truly complex to understand rationally, as their bodies are anything but human-like. The different shape of the physical body leads to major differences in everyday life, for example, nutrition, breathing, physical abilities, such as the ability to jump very high or fly, which the human body does not have. Places and environments can be completely different from those we know on planet Earth, both in terms of the colors of the sky and the earth, but also in terms of flora and fauna, therefore in terms of what we might define as nature, such as trees, plants, and flowers, and what we might define as the animal kingdom, since not all planets have different races of living beings as we do. In fact, on Earth there are humans, but there are also land animals, a huge variety of water animals, and an infinite number of different insects. We also have very long categories of vegetation, including those that can be eaten, those that can be used for medicine, and so on.

Although for us, who have always lived here, it seems obvious, in reality not all planets and not all dimensions have such a wide variety of living beings around them. In some dimensions, in fact, there is a race that could be called alien, for example a humanoid race, and little else. In others, however, the variety of plant life is much greater than ours. The same is true for insects and animals, which in some dimensions are fewer in number and species than on our planet, while in other dimensions there are much higher numbers, even three times as many or more, of species of animals that are different from each other and, above all, different from those we know on Earth. On some planets there are animal species very similar to ours, for example animals that could resemble our marine animals, such as jellyfish, manta rays, or dolphins, while many other animals born in those dimensions are almost inconceivable to our minds, so different are they from what we are used to. To understand the past lives you have lived on other planets and in other dimensions, I recommend reading books on the subject, such as "Becoming Aware of ALIENS, Learning to Recognize Them," so that you can understand which past lives you have lived in specific alien races and how you have acquired certain characteristics of your character, personality, and even your physical appearance. Many of us, looking in the mirror during the Vision of Faces, have noticed alien faces. This happens because through the V. of Faces it is also possible to glimpse the body we used in previous lives in other dimensions. This should not frighten us, because we are seeing the face of a past life, and even if it is not "beautiful" to look at according to our standards, this does not mean that it was not considered beautiful by that alien race. Of course, we are used to seeing only human faces in our daily lives, but during the Vision of Faces, we should not be surprised if we see faces and bodies that are completely different from humans, such as a reptilian face, a feline face, or a humanoid face but with a different skin color (for example, bright yellow, green, orange, skin colors that obviously do not exist on our planet, although there is also a variety on our planet). Looking at your past lives in front of the mirror causes a very strong, evocative feeling, so much so that you may feel afraid to see all those faces in front of your face, making yours disappear from the mirror. It is a very intense experience. Some faces may be smiling and cheerful, while others may be very tense and serious, even appearing evil. These were your faces, so you must not be afraid. Today, you are used to seeing your face with an angry, furious, sad, or tired expression; you are not afraid to see your reflection in the mirror because you are used to it. However, seeing the face of a past life with a negative expression, such as an angry or sad face, may frighten you at first because you are not used to seeing that face, nor do you know its facial expressions. That is why seeing a past life of yours in the mirror, with a tense face instead of a smiling one, can make you feel so afraid that you may think: "Is it against me? Is it an evil entity that wants to hurt me?" But you must not think that, because you are observing your past lives, and they have no intention of harming you; you are only looking at your own face in the mirror, only it is a face that belongs to a previous life. Probably, if you practiced Face Vision during your alien lives, you were frightened to see the face of a human life because you were not used to seeing that kind of physiognomy, so you may have even trembled at the idea of seeing a human face appear in front of you, however strange and "ugly" it seemed to you. In this life, remembering fragments of daily life that you experienced during an incarnation in an alien body can be much more complicated than remembering fragments of human lives, because it is more difficult for your brain to process information it has never seen before (because the brain is a human organ and does not understand all the data that belongs to the Soul! The same thing happens when you incarnate into a specific alien race, in which it will be much more difficult to remember your past human lives than those you have lived in that same race. In some planets and dimensions, there is a kind of Low that is much heavier than the one that exists in this one, while in other dimensions there is a much lighter Low, so much so that remembering one's past lives is not that difficult; in fact, it is normal.

For some of us, it was an honor to be reincarnated on this planet in human form, because it is a very interesting and curious dimension, full of information. However, you probably don't remember this today, and at certain moments in your life you may even despise this kind of experience, believing that Earth is the worst planet there is. In truth, it is not the worst, nor is the human race, but we are going through a very dark period in which humanity is being manipulated and pushed towards very dark sides, but the human race has a very good nature, even if we often prefer not to see it. If you start to remember your past lives in other dimensions, however, you realize that this planet is not among the worst, as you might have thought in the past, but of course it is not among the best either: if you understand the meaning of the infinite universe, you realize that comparing all existing planets becomes almost impossible. What is certain is that there are very negative dimensions which, if we believe we have experienced the worst of darkness on this planet, we have no idea how dark they can be. At the same time, however, there are dimensions much brighter than the planet we now live on. I have been asked the same question many times: "If more positive dimensions exist, why did we incarnate on Earth? And if it is true that there are much brighter dimensions, full of peace and love, why don't we all move there, instead of continuing to reincarnate on planets and dimensions like this one, where darkness also exists?" The answer is very simple: because some of us do not think only of ourselves, but also of helping others. As mentioned earlier, God is fighting with all His might against the darkness that is trying to destroy peace in the universe, bringing cruelty, disease, and corruption, with the intent of killing every planet until all life in the entire universe is eliminated. The purest dimensions are certainly those closest to God, therefore those where war is not the order of the day, but rather where people try to respect each other, respect life and the space of others. So there are dimensions that are much more positive and peaceful than the one we live in now. However, if we were all so selfish as to choose to live only in those dimensions, completely ignoring the planets where darkness is beginning to move through war and the death of their inhabitants, we would be abandoning half the universe to a dark fate. When darkness has destroyed all those planets, including Earth, it will move on to destroy the pure dimensions, which by then will have become too weak to fight it. This is why many of us choose to be born on planets like this one, where life is complicated and Awakening is even more so. We do this to help God, to help the universe survive, to win the war against darkness, rather than ignoring it and waiting for Evil to win. In fact, fighting allows us to win, but if we stand by and watch, darkness will triumph with absolute certainty. Therefore, instead of hiding in the pure dimensions, waiting for someone else to do the work of fighting against darkness, many of us choose to incarnate in planets and dimensions that need help, and obviously these are planets like ours, where evil has already begun to spread and bring cruelty among people. However, incarnating on a planet like this is not 90% of the work, but only a small percentage. In fact, our presence does not make a difference; rather, change comes from our actions. We have reincarnated here to help this planet evolve and win its war against darkness, but during incarnation we have completely forgotten the reason why we were born. Therefore, many of us do not fulfill any mission or take any action to help others. On the contrary, every day we are only concerned with our own selfish interests, to the point of trampling on others in order to climb higher. Others of us, with difficulty and persistent disapproval from others, try to do something to help this planet become a little more peaceful, positive, and loving. The secret to success is to do it quietly, so that others cannot hinder our intentions. It is true that among modern spiritual people, there are many who talk about wanting to "block" reincarnation in order to go and live forever in dimensions of light, peace, and love.

First of all, talking about it is very different from actually doing it; but apart from that, such talk leads us to understand that these are people who do not care about the war that God and the entire universe are experiencing, but only think of themselves, convinced that if they manage to hide in the dimensions of light, darkness will never be able to find them and ruin those dimensions as it is trying to do with these. Some schools of thought are very dangerous, because they lead people like us to flee from this world and from the reasons why we were born here, instead of understanding the real motivations, accepting them, and making sure that our lives are not wasted. For example, the idea that planets like these, where there is a certain percentage of evil, such as wars, diseases, suffering, and deaths due to hunger and poverty, are a kind of limbo chosen by God to punish bad people. Of course, people who follow these lines of thinking believe that they are the only good people, that they do not deserve to be in this limbo, while all other people in the world deserve to suffer, to experience war and poverty, because God chose it! This concept, of course, is light years away from the truth. God would never choose to allow war and pain to exist in some of his worlds just to punish bad people; are we confusing God with the usual Satan? Are we thinking of a dark God who punishes people by making them suffer? All of this is far from the truth about God. He would never choose to bring about war or suffering of any kind to punish humans. He is trying to defeat the darkness that brings war and evil, to eliminate it from his world and from his entire universe. The idea of "moving everyone" to a dimension of light, leaving planets like Earth to die in the hands of darkness, is not a choice that a warrior of light (a term many people like to use to describe themselves) would make, but it is a choice that a coward would make, someone who loves to run away instead of facing their responsibilities. On the other hand, it is easy to believe that as soon as we no longer like something, it is right to throw it away and eliminate it, rather than try to fix it. If we were talking about a new cell phone, that would be fine, but here we are talking about a planet, or rather, many planets and many dimensions that have been targeted by darkness. For this reason, Souls like us have preferred to incarnate in planets like this, rather than 'move forever' to dimensions of light, also because, although it seems the easiest and most beautiful way, in reality it is not so easy, even if we want to. So we can choose whether to waste this life too, dreaming of a better world, or whether to make the most of it to continue the process of improvement that has already begun over time. Our Soul has lived so many lives that, even if we love this planet very much, or not, the fact remains that we do not belong to it, as our Soul has lived many lives in many different places; but this is certainly not our first time here on Earth. Our Soul is universal, because it is composed of lives after lives in which we have had experiences in many bodies of different races. We have changed bodies so many times that it is almost impossible to see them all, but by practicing in front of the mirror and through the techniques taught so far, you can discover many more than you can imagine. You certainly don't have to stop at just a few, but you have to push yourself further and choose to get to know others, without rushing, of course. During the space of years that remain between one human reincarnation and another, however, we do not always choose to reincarnate in other alien bodies, but sometimes we choose to live for a certain period as true disembodied beings, or entities, or sometimes as dimensional beings.
