In what way do you accept being hypnotized? Every time you sit down to "meditate" and instead of concentrating on prana breathing, then on the chakra, all in Mental Silence, you think you have to fantasize about a thousand other things, even seemingly spiritual things - for example you fantasize about the streams of light around you and imagine yourself dancing in the midst of the energy, or you imagine cute, glowing little beings bringing energy to you, or you imagine good, positive aliens helping you to evolve, or begging you to help them as you’re too important to them, and who knows how many other fantasies, in which you get immersed - and you’re doing wrong - and you should seriously get rid of them. Whatever drives you to fantasize, even apparently in spiritual fantasies, are equally methods of the Aliens to hypnotize you. So, you can do even 10 meditations a day without feeling any fatigue, and it will be 5 hours spent being completely hypnotized. It is by no means a coincidence that those who claim to "meditate all day" or do a thousand meditations a day are precisely the people who get the least results and are hypnotized the most by the Aliens. Beware because again you deliberately misunderstand the real message I’m giving. As a true Practitioner I’m telling you that the more you Meditate the more results you get, not the other way around. Having spent myself many years practicing, I have obtained results commensurate with what I’ve practiced, in spite of all the obstacles, in spite of the Artificial Low, Aliens, Operators and so many other enemies and blocks that I’m not going to list here again, but which you could guess by simply reading the seven volumes published earlier. By practicing I have always achieved improvements.
Many people have known me for many years and know, having read my articles in the ACD, my posts on my website, that there are long periods when I devote more time to Meditations even numerous ones, so if there’s usually a base - which I never skip - of 5-6 meditations, for many other periods I can go up to 7 meditations, for other periods to 10 meditations; however, practicing so much requires a lot of commitment, it requires concentration, will, mental effort, and it’s a personal choice, it’s not something that "you have to do" to get noticed or for whatever reason, seeing it as a sacrifice, because if you practice thinking that it’s a sacrifice it means that you aren’t practicing to get results (having already had experience and evidence of what you get from practice!) but you do it by convincing yourself that you only need to think you’re doing it that the results will have to come anyway on their own, whether you practice or not. It doesn't. Getting to 7 or even 10 meditations is hard IF you choose to practice all the sessions done right; but the results that come afterwards are outstanding and that’s why you have the will and desire to continue, because if the results that come afterwards allow you to change your life it’s obvious that no matter how hard and tiring it is you will have even more desire to meditate and practice so much.
Many people on the web know me as the Practitioner who devotes many hours to the Psychic techniques, which I teach in the Academy I founded; in fact, so many people know the Academy of Dimensional Consciousness precisely as a serious Path of Psychic Practice, and not just theory. If I practice so many hours after still so many years, I do it because I get results, and because I get more and more advanced improvements year after year. But the point is, why do other people claim to get to 7-10 meditations every day for years and years without ever pausing or dropping periods in numbers, and these same people claim to never get results? It also seems ridiculous to me to have to explain this.

First of all: why would a person meditate 7-10 times so even 5 hours a day if they claim not to get results? Is this person sure of what he or she is doing? Because there is no point in going around it: if a person claims to have no results for years, if he were so sure he would change his path, he would do everything the opposite of what doesn’t give him results. So, the real question is, why do these people stubbornly keep carrying out the exact same steps and keep repeating the exact same mistakes, which highlight the lack of results, after still years and years? And how does one choose to throw 5 hours a day to waste and then complain about not getting results? The answer lies in hypnosis, as Operators need people to be hypnotized for hours, every day, and not even realize how their "practices" fly by without even remembering what they did in all that time. All those people who claim to meditate a thousand times a day and yet get no results, can’t even feel the energy, can’t see or feel anything, are not meditating, but they’re being hypnotized.
What is really going on in those five hours when they claim to be meditating but are not meditating? Regardless of whether it’s many hours in a row or split in multiple sessions, it doesn’t matter, in all those sessions they’re being hypnotized. Meditating and Practicing requires commitment, it’s a mental commitment rather than a physical one that requires mental fatigue, yet the benefits you get afterwards go to increase more and more the desire and drive to go on and push further. So, it’s normal that if you Meditate well you will feel like keeping doing it, regardless of the effort required, because the results are motivating and absolutely worth the effort. We can of course compare Meditation to Sports, because the more you train the more you see your body improve and for those who want it even sculpt, and it doesn't matter how much effort you’re putting in to get those results, because the more you see the results the more inevitable it is that you’ll want to go on and push yourself even further. If you used to only train once every two weeks and didn't see results, then by starting to train twice a week you saw changes, it's clear that the desire to keep going increases. When you start to see that by working harder the improvements increase quickly, after seeing results it’s natural that you increase your desire to go on and work even harder than before.
In the beginning you have to "trust" what others say, that is, if you try you will succeed. You start training but still believe that you’ll never get good results; but then if you train you start to see them, and as you get the first changes that you can observe with your own eyes, it’ll be obvious to be motivated and driven to go on and train even more. How do you explain this to others? Your friends will ask you, "Why do you train so many times? Isn't once a month enough for you? Don't you have anything else to do?" because people who don't train don't know what it feels like to have results, so they can't understand the real reason why you train so often. It's not about having nothing else to do, it's about engaging in something that has value and makes us feel good, unlike those who claim to have no free time and instead spend all their time on the couch watching TV series. The same training that we reserve for sports applies to Meditation: the more you practice, the more you start to get results, and it’s inevitable that when you start to see the changes through practice you will want to keep going and increase even more, because you know that this way the improvements will level up. That's a given. But if there are people who train and get results, there are many other people who sign up in the sports class and delude themselves that all they have to do is pay the subscription to lose weight or get their physique, when that is not the case! Then the rare times they show up at the gym they sit on the bench taking selfies and/or chatting with people, but they don't work out at all.

Finally the hour in the gym will have passed, maybe even two, they’ll go home without achieving the slightest result. Believing then that they’ve been working out and thus deserve the snub, they will eat even more, or worse than usual, and instead of losing weight they will gain weight. So, they’ll complain that going to the gym is not only not making them slim, but even making them fat! Many people know exactly what I’m talking about, and we see this mechanism again and again in the practice of Meditation. Not only you’re not meditating, you’re just sitting or worse still lying in bed convinced that you can meditate that way, but worse still then during the day you eat badly, waste your time in front of TV shows, smoke and drink, claiming that because you have meditated all these substances will have less effect on you. Kind of like eating at fast-food restaurants, sushi or pizza places after leaving the gym. Exactly the same. Then you complain that you have no results.
First of all, it's important to understand that even if you meditate well, afterwards you don't necessarily have to do something to screw it and lower yourself again, as if it's written in some regulation, because there's no point in putting so much effort into evolving and then ruining the path with your own hands. If you meditate well, it’s not an excuse to smoke, drink, eat toxic foods, convinced that meditation serves to repair you from the damage, because if the energy of meditation has to spend your whole life repairing the damage of smoking, alcohol, drugs and whatever, don't believe that it can also give you a way to Evolve; the energy you accumulate during a session can’t do miracles if you then go and destroy the results you have achieved by smoking electronic cigarettes (which today is as bad as or even more than the classic cigarette) or splitting your liver with alcohol. However, nutrition also affects so much. But the problem is worse if you don't even meditate properly!
Spending hours in which you believe you’re meditating, hours that however aren’t followed by results, or even worse after that come problems such as stress, nervousness, or headaches, are signs that shouldn’t be overlooked. You’re not meditating, you’re being hypnotized. I’ve already explained how you need to Meditate and it’s necessary to understand that there are no other ways, there are no shortcuts IF you want to meditate well; otherwise, you end up being hypnotized, and in that case it is very easy to find the right way to get hypnotized: you just have to fantasize, imagine, spend half an hour with strong strokes of sleep almost falling asleep (or sleeping directly) and there you have it.
You have to seriously pay attention to all the times that some exact people tell that they meditate as many as 7-10 times a day and yet claim that they don’t even feel the energy flowing through their bodies. How can you not feel the energy if you have spent 5 hours summoning energy? If the purpose of the technique is precisely to have contact with the energy, and absorb it within yourself, then feel it physically, how can you after 5 hours (every day for years and years, according to them!) not feel even an iota of energy? Clearly you’re not practicing with energy, but you’re being beguiled by the false yellow-white light that hypnotizes you, which is the artificial light that the Aliens use to hypnotize you.
If after so many hours of "practice" you don't feel anything, you don't feel the energy, you don't feel the energy movements inside the body, you don't feel the chakras physically expanding, then what are you doing all those hours? You’re not doing anything, that's the point, They are doing everything. They are hypnotizing you, which means they’re continuously putting data inside your head.

Hypnosis is like a download, it’s also quite a long phase in which Aliens and Operators connect the subject's head to a computer and download information into it, that is, that data that will later take over his thoughts and wills, and make him believe that they are his thoughts and will. There is nothing strange about this, there is nothing at all to think that it is something that happens rarely or happens to a few people; because in fact it happens every day and it can happen to anyone. Only, if it happens to you once, and then you realize that there’s something strange about it and that "meditating badly" has led you to feel even more unconscious and prompts you to decide that you want to meditate well, and you choose to resolve it immediately, the problem isn’t and won’t become serious. It is, however, when even though you see that when you meditate badly (by your own choice, because you indulge your thoughts instead of committing to them as you should!) you continue down that path deluding yourself that it will be okay for you to practice even in that way that will necessarily have to bring you results (which it won't! And then you'll even complain about it!) and this carelessness you will carry with you every day, repeating the same mistake every single day, then yes it becomes a serious problem.
You can't think that some people are made to meditate well and others just can't, because they’re just lying. This is not an art that you’re either inclined toward or not, although even on art I would have a lot to say about how much I disagree about the common belief that some people are suited and others are not; but on Practice even less so, because there’s no difference between people who can practice and others who can’t. There are only so many excuses that everyone tells themself to want to deny the existence of artificial apathy and don’t want to admit that they’re afflicted by it.
What’s the purpose of hypnosis? The Aliens and Operators hypnotize people to download data into human minds that once penetrated into their heads will take over the power of neurons and reconstruct artificial neural networks with the thoughts and wills that the Aliens have decided to imprint on the subjects. This shifting of data from their "computers" (or rather, highly advanced technologies) to the human brain is very common especially at night, while sleeping, as these "shifts" take a long time, so they’re carried out mostly while the subject is asleep. When the person then wakes up, they will start their day according to the artificial project and throughout the flow of the day they will think and act as the project wants for them. So, not everything happens right away, for example in the morning first thing as you wake up, but rather the project evolves over the course of the day, and the most serious events may happen even late in the afternoon, and not necessarily right away in the morning. However, this happens precisely because of the program we received the night before and installed in our head. At night we’re all more vulnerable to artificial "downloads" and that’s precisely why we must Practice so much to protect the night hours and of course act against nighttime enemies, in advance, before going to sleep, to thus avoid remote visits and/or manipulation; elements for which Protection alone can’t suffice, so one must act specifically against the frequencies. For other people, however, downloading occurs not only at night, but also during the day, because they also sleep during the day, claiming, however, that they’re meditating; but sleeping is what it’s all about. Being in that phase of sleepy strokes, drowsiness, and still time passing too fast as if you haven’t even had time to start meditating that already the session is over, must make you realize that you haven’t only slept, but you have also been hypnotized. Hypnosis is about downloading data into your head and deciding how to use you for their plans. It is both about acting on your life and using you as an Antenna to have more influence on the lives of others. What would make you different from others and should prevent Aliens from using you as an Antenna if you do not meditate but sleep? Beyond pride, and what you want to believe about yourself, you have to realize that the problem is serious.

If you claim to meditate for hours, for years at a time, and yet you don’t even feel the energy flowing through your body, the problem is serious, because it means that during the sessions you’re being hypnotized and you aren’t succeeding at all in absorbing energy and, consequently, feeling it, because you’re obviously not storing any. The same is true if you suffer from severe sleep strokes, that is, those strokes that come right from the first 5-10 minutes when you start practicing and don't leave you for the whole practice. If the sleep strokes come after so many practice sessions in a row it would make sense, you would simply need a break to stretch your legs; but if the sleep hits come to you immediately at the beginning of practice, when you’re about 5 minutes into it, it means that the problem is serious. You need to start meditating well and really commit to it. Stop playing the victim, stop saying you can't do it, stop saying you don't know how to do it, because you find the technique explained in the best way, and if you persist in claiming that you can't do it or that you don't get results from these practices, simply do the logical thing to do: change paths. Find the right one for you! Or stop playing the victim, stop having that perpetual state of mind of victimhood in which you are the only one who is not understood, the only one who really fails, the only one who isn’t understood or listened to, etc. Engage yourself and start to use all these energies you use to complain to Practice well and mentally commit to what you’re doing. Put an end to hypnosis on yourself.
Most of the time, the people who get hypnotized instead of meditating well are the very ones who convince themselves that they’re better than others, that they’re very strong and can practice better than others. It isn’t always a rule, however, most of the people who are hypnotized for all the hours that they "meditate" are coincidentally the same ones who at every little opportunity try to tutor others, who try to "teach life" to others, and who want to teach "psychicity" to their fellow ACD students, and are then the very ones who don’t even know how to Meditate. They don’t have time to enroll in a path that they already feel they are masters of that same path, they don’t even give themselves time to learn how to Meditate that in spite of that they already convince themselves that they can modify the technique because they claim it is "obsolete" and that they’ve discovered how to improve it. Again, they believe they have discovered "new methods" by downloading them from above, not realizing that those "new methods" surely have been downloaded from above, that is, from alien technologies above their heads. Certainly not from their "Souls" as they use to say. Pay attention to all those times when you will come up with the idea that you need to modify a technique that is failing you, thus thinking that it will be better, instead of training with the right technique until you get results; because that sudden genius idea of modifying a powerful technique thinking that you are the first genius who comes up with the idea of "updating" it, is not an idea that the universe pushes into your mind but it’s an idea that Alien hypnosis pushes into your mind, to make you go in a completely wrong direction.
Instead of thinking about how to make a technique that is already working better by converting it to make it easier for you, that is, hoping that you can get results by making as little effort as possible, it is good to realize right away that these ideas are artificially imposed just to keep you low and keep you from Evolving, keep you from practicing seriously. So, Practice that technique as it is, and commit to getting results, instead of giving vent to your artificial apathy that at the same time wants to convince you that you’re capable of updating psychic techniques... that you don't even know how to practice. Before you want to teach new methods to your imaginary disciples, you have to commit yourself to Meditate, get real results, and improve yourself and your life, after which you may notice how those brilliant ideas will no longer be so brilliant in your eyes, and you will choose to remove them from your mind. All this, of course, refers to those who tend daily to want to teach others what even they cannot do.

Pay attention to those long meditation/practice sessions that go by too quickly, and the hours that fly by without you even realizing it; choose to be more Conscious and Present during every minute of your practice so that they don’t succeed in hypnotizing you. If you feel you’re falling asleep, or going into a trance state, decide to wake up immediately, even if it means physically moving, opening your eyes and waking up, but don't allow yourself to be hypnotized. Even if you don’t suffer from sleep attacks, you’re not exempt from hypnosis, which simply operates through a seemingly lighter trance that isn’t light at all. That is, over-imagination, wasting time fantasizing about anything and everything except staying focused on the chakra or the delivery to be practiced. You’ll think that because you’ve placed your fingers on the chakra then it’ll have to do everything, and that you with your mind can ramble and find yourself everywhere. This is a grave mistake, because Meditation is accomplished with the mind, it’s not the fingers that have to do the work: concentrate completely on your chakra and focus your mind on it. Beyond the use of touch or not (I recommend helping yourself by touching the chakra with your fingers as it’s of great help to focus better on it and more likely to avoid falling into hypnosis), stay focused on the chakra throughout the session and don't think about anything else; only then can you come out of hypnosis and seriously start to Evolve. What I’ve explained in these pages can happen occasionally for real to anyone; however, there are people to whom it’s happening every single day of the year, for years and years in a row, and you can’t compare it in the slightest with those who, on the other hand, despite fatigue and distractions, are Practicing in earnest every day and are obviously getting results. There’s a big difference between those who Practice and get results, and those who sleep, allow themselves to be hypnotized and then complain about not having results. Think about what your role is and commit to Practice well. At least, now that you know the truth you can make up for lost time and start again from Today to really get serious. Don't waste your time! Don't waste one more minute complaining. Commit to it and change the plans about yourself. Once again: stop wanting to live being a victim.
Addressing this topic is a must before better understanding the next chapters. The subject of hypnosis, in recent decades, is being told and sponsored as something useful to the person who will undergo hypnosis, but not warning him or her of the consequences they will face: not so much there about the moment they undergo hypnosis, but for what comes later in their long-term personal life. Hypnosis is being advertised as something beautiful, useful "to remember your past lives," and so on, yet the reality is quite different: those who practice hypnosis are acting as human Antennas, as the Operators use these "hypnotists" to persuade the victims to voluntarily accept hypnosis, indeed even to desire it; the end, however, won’t be good to the subject, but only to the Operators. The purpose of hypnosis is to use the victim's acceptance to bring in the artificial energies of the Operators and Aliens much more easily and quickly to take control of the victim. While the subject will think he/she is being hypnotized to remember his past lives, or the experiences he has had with aliens, what happens next, in the months and years that follow, will all be the result of the Operators to whom he himself has given voluntary access. He will undergo the whole thing only to convince himself that all he has to do is "get hypnotized" to remember past lives or experiences with aliens. That’s not true.

Those who convince people that through hypnosis they can remember experiences with aliens and/or past lives are pushed by and funded by the government so that they will do their duty: convince people to be hypnotized, to be Artificially Possessed by the Operators.
The idea that it’s enough to simply pay a hypnotist to remember all one's past lives, without any need to Practice and perform any technique or effort to remember them, is a trap, which serves to lure the apathetic who have no desire to commit themselves, and who think they can get everything by simply paying someone to do the work for them. When it comes to Psychic Evolution and thus also to remembering our past lives (not being told someone else's story, but remembering our past lives! Which only we can and should know about ourselves!), we can’t simply pay someone to do our work for them. What does really happen during hypnosis and why do some people claim to have flashes and memories of past lives? What happens is that during the hypnosis carried out by the hypnotist - hypnosis that succeeds only if the Operators are behind it pushing the hypnosis artificially so that the hypnotist gains good fame and is publicly believed and accepted by people - the victim's mind starts "downloading files" that the Operators are sticking in his/her head; during the downloading, in order to distract the victim's attention so that he doesn’t realize what is really going on, they place in front of his mind very beautiful images, or very ugly ones, as long as they’re extremely emotional on one side or the other, so that he/she believes that these are really his own past lives as he is suggestible by very strong emotions. However, they’re false memories, created by the Operators in order to deceive his mind. It just so happens that most of those who go to the hypnotist to be hypnotized will remember that they were Napoleon or Julius Caesar, or other obviously famous and very important names, whether it’s Cleopatra or whether it’s Venus, or Jesus or an Apostle of Jesus, yet at the end of the day it’s always the same stories and this is because the Operators don’t need to put much effort into creating exciting stories for each and every individual who is going to be hypnotized; they will simply project the same footage into anyone's mind, choosing it from one of the footage already recorded by using it and reusing it countless times.
Because the program works, since the people who go to be hypnotized will really believe it, the Operators don’t even need to edit the film and create many varied ones, but they always reuse the same ones. My advice is to categorically avoid accepting any form of hypnosis, precisely because hypnosis doesn’t end when you get out of the chair and pay the bill to the guy in front of you who claims to be a hypnotist. Real hypnosis starts right in that moment and goes on even after you leave, and it will last for the rest of your life unless you find the Psychic method to get out of it, that is, by acting psychically against it and against the Aliens and Operators behind it. The idea that you can "remember" your past lives by paying someone to make you remember them is a mere lie, a trap with a beautiful facade that serves to draw you into its artificial cage, from which it will then be very difficult to get out. It's really important not to be hypnotized, and not to accept any form of hypnosis from anyone, either conscious or unconscious, not even playing games, let alone paying to be exploited. The whole thing makes you much more predisposed to being hypnotized during your daily life and undergoing real Artificial Possessions, which has nothing to do with throwing yourself to the ground and twisting yourself around or spitting nails... but it’s about becoming the voice of the Operators, the human Antenna exploited by them to spread mental manipulations even to other people around us, which is far worse.

By accepting hypnosis within yourself, even when you think you’re lucid you’ll be more inclined to accept illegal government regulations, such as getting vaccinated, forcing your family members to get vaccinated, snitching to law enforcement on neighbors who haven’t vaccinated themselves, and many other similar choices, which are derived from Artificial Possessions. It’s no coincidence that all those who have been "clients" of the most famous and well-known hypnotists in Italy but also those in America and the world are all vaccinated today. Let’s ask ourselves how it’s possible that these people who claim to have "remembered their past lives thanks to hypnosis" are also the first to have rushed to get vaccinated, as well as having forced with psychological and even physical violence their family members to follow the same ways. Let’s think about why those who pride themselves on having been hypnotized "to remember their experiences with aliens" were among the first ones to put on a mask, to go get the swab, and get vaccinated several times. Let's think about that, because the correlations are very much there.
Hypnosis is a weapon of the government that has long been used to make people extremely submissive to its orders, and it is absurd that to this day it has succeeded in convincing people that hypnosis can be a good thing, to the point where they’re driven to want to be hypnotized of their own free will. Hypnosis is a weapon used against people in order to persuade them to perform actions that otherwise, of their own Conscience, they would never do, and would rather allow themselves to be killed in order not to commit certain actions. But under hypnosis you lose total control and total connection with your Consciousness, which is why you end up doing even what you would never do for any reason. The wills that are inserted into your head will become yours, even if they weren’t originally yours. Hypnosis succeeds in controlling the hypnotized person's mind and body without Consciousness having its part and being able to prevent his human body from performing those certain actions. We should never accept being hypnotized or losing consciousness and control over our body, movements, and thoughts.
For this reason, in addition to not being hypnotized voluntarily by going to such hypnotists, it’s essential not to be hypnotized even when you believe that you are merely thinking and fantasizing, whether you are resting on the couch, listening to music while on the bus, or meditating, in order to thus avoid being hypnotized during your own "absence" inside your own mind and have someone else be present.
